2 vipers

Want everyone to come up with a stragedy for us to use. above is our ships and theirs. 10 vs 10.

so.. in my Opinion, it should be escorts first and the vipers. depending on levels of the escorts. either way we still need to divide them up.
And kill the ones who get fooled by our plan. usually its been me who goes in to attempt to draw some out. when they do take the bait, we go in and kill the ones we Fooled! AFter we kill the rest, start with weakest first (not a waller warrior) or half us attack one target, other another.

it depends on alot of things...

strikes could go for any line thats lag behind, try and segregate one or hang back until ...

the fens take out the escorts, hopefully the enemy strikes try and camp their blindspots making them easy targets for our...

escorts hit the other escorts first - the most powerful escorts first - with the fens, unless an easy strike presents itself, killing all escorts asap either way. then the strikes 2nd and finally the lines.

there are lots of variations depending on which lines there are, which lvls, what happens and who does what. which is why nothing compares to having in game knowledge and experiance.

plans and ideas are only as good as the pilots that carry them out and can adapt to situations accordingly.

yeah totally agree. like tonight there was a level 65 liner and 102 liner with a level 25 escort. i had with me niko and a new member shell. 1 was a missle boat. Only way with this is to try get them to chase u and somehow get them to split up by distances. unfornutely they didnt take the bait.
So after healing decided to attack. we killed the escort first, then we set sights on the level 65. unfornutely their guns were on me the whole time so i died. but Niko and Shell did well, if only they had more experience and higher skills we might have pulled it off.

It is teh Captains and the Majors job to group up wing members into a squad.
Even if ur all doin separate things, u never know, someone might find water or find somewhere with lots of pvp.

I say wilks job is cooking....but on the other hand we wont get anything of the food cuz he keeps everything for him.....dunno how to solve the problem...sry guys

I've noticed with most fights that the escorts should be taken out first. Once these are down, our own escorts and strikes can focus on the enemy strikes.

After the escorts are down, lines turn their attention to enemy lines. Then what's left of our strikes and escorts help to take the lines out. (Provided they kill the enemy strikes)

As for missile boats, we'll need escorts and strikes to kill them. Escorts are more preferable as they can shoot missiles down a lot easier. However, if a strike gets in a missile boats blindspot, then we are likely to kill him. So, either that or we have some incredibly fast lines... but then they can't defend against missiles without autocannons, so they might not even make it that far.

But yeah, as far as I can tell, taking out the escorts first is a must. Just my opinion though Very Happy
